Istanbul Corap Group, with its production of all, from chips to hosiery, owns the world's first and only integrated ladies' hosiery production facility and is the largest producer of ladies' hosiery and nylon yarn. The Group controls 60% of the local market and exports to over 40 countries in 5 continents. It provides employment opportunities for over 1000 and its annual average is 35 million US $ in exports and 50 million US $ in turnover.

Istanbul Corap Group, since its establishment in Turkey, has presented many innovations to the area of ladies' hosiery:
- The first seamless pantyhose produced with modern techniques
- The first TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) certified hosiery
- The first nylon stocking to reach the women of Anatolia
- The application of cosmetics to ladies' hosiery: Anti-Cellulite, Moisturizing and Anti-Bacterial

Istanbul Corap Group, which executes all production under a modern system of quality control and assurance, in all its products and production processes works in line with the standards accepted worldwide regarding issues of the environment, human health, quality, and social responsibility.

The Group, which continues to observe world trends, along with their team of experts, AR-GE, designs approximately 500 new products each year and puts at least 100 of these products out into domestic and international markets. The Group has received silver and gold medals for its achievements in exports and also took its place as 159th in ISO's (Istanbul Chamber of Industry) top 500 list.

There are four large companies within the Group:

- Istanbul Corap Sanayi A.Ş., which produces hosiery
- Altın İplik ve Corap Sanayi A.Ş., which provides for the Group's yarn needs
- Avrupa Corap ve İplik Sanayi A.Ş., which facilitates the Group's planning, finances and research
- Elan Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş., which provides services in resolving information technologies geared towards industry.
